Welcome to the Löwen.
A family-run hotel and traditional inn in a house built in 1480 – in Rielasingen, between the Hegau hills, Lake Constance and the Rhine Falls at Schaffhausen. Run by the Kempf family.

Rooms with character.
All rooms are non-smoking and have a new private bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, flat-screen TV, desk, wardrobe, free Wi-Fi, safe and fridge. As the building dates from 1480, rooms can only be reached via stairs; rooms facing the main road have soundproof windows.
Extra bed 10 € per night · baby cot free of charge · local tourist tax 2.00 € (May–September) or 1.30 € (October–April) per person and night. On request you receive the Bodenseecard West for free public transport in the district of Konstanz.

- Check-in & check-out
- Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 11 am. Other times are possible on request.
- Breakfast
- Breakfast buffet daily from 7 to 10 am (earlier on request), 15 € per person.
- Front door key
- Your room key also opens the front door – please take it with you if you return after 11 pm or on Fridays, when the restaurant is closed.
- Parking
- Free parking right next to the hotel.
- Wi-Fi
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the house. You receive the access details at check-in.
- Allergies
- Please let us know if you need special bedding or food because of allergies.
- Dogs
- Dogs are welcome for 12 € per night (without food). Please bring a blanket.
- Room service
- During restaurant opening hours we bring food and drinks to your room (3 € per order). You may also take drinks from the restaurant to your room.
- Umbrellas & taxi
- Borrow an umbrella at the reception free of charge – please bring it back for other guests. We are happy to order a taxi for you.
- Smoking
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the hotel. A cleaning fee of 200 € applies if this is disregarded.
- Payment
- Cash, EC/Maestro, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
- Cancellation
- Free cancellation up to 2 days before arrival. Later cancellations or no-shows are charged at 80 % of the total room price.
Restaurant
Honest food with local roots.
Our restaurant serves traditional Baden and Bavarian dishes – crispy pork knuckle, beef liver with fried potatoes, sausage salad – and, depending on the season, fresh fish from Lake Constance such as zander, perch and whitefish. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are available too.
In summer you can sit in our beer garden under the big chestnut tree. All dishes are also available to take away – just call us.
